Brinker International Vice President of Accounting and Finance Named to Board of Directors for Women's Foodservice Forum

DALLAS, April 24, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT) is pleased to announce that Marie Perry, Vice President of Accounting and Finance, has been named to the Women's Foodservice Forum (WFF) Board of Directors for the 2012-2013 term.

As of today, Perry officially assumed her position on the board, following a vote by the WFF membership, and joins current directors in overseeing WFF's affairs while providing strategic counsel and guidance. She, along with six other board nominees will serve at least a one-year term for the organization.
