DALLAS, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT) announced it has signed an agreement with Anchorage-based Duke Investments, LLC to develop two Romano's Macaroni Grill(R) restaurants in Alaska.

The restaurants are scheduled to be completed by 2010 and will be the first and second Macaroni Grill locations ever in Alaska. This will mark the second agreement reached between Brinker and Duke Investments, which currently operates two Chili's Grill & Bar(R) restaurants in Alaska.
