Maggiano's Little Italy® Introduces New Summer Specials


DALLAS – (July 14, 2008) – Now until the end of July, Maggiano’s Little Italy locations are offering four great new summer specials. Made from special chef-created recipes, guests can enjoy these seasonal menu items at participating Maggiano’s restaurants nationwide.

  • Prosciutto & Mascarpone Bruschetta – Crispy imported prosciutto, mascarpone and ricotta cheese blend toasted on crispy Italian bread and topped with strawberry chutney.

  • Crispy Chicken Salad – Semolina crusted chicken, spring mix, pine nuts, fresh strawberries, red onions and goat cheese tossed with strawberry vinaigrette.

  • Char-Crusted Pork Tenderloin – Seasoned to perfection and finished with a savory strawberry demi-glaze, served with tomato and leek couscous.

  • Strawberry Shortcakes – Homemade shortcakes, fresh strawberries and whipped cream topped with a lemon zest and vanilla bean glaze.
